data-end=\"4099\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"4025\"><strong>Docente:<\/strong> A remo\u00e7\u00e3o a pedido do servidor docente \u00e9 poss\u00edvel nos casos previstos em lei (quando necess\u00e1rio ao servidor acompanhar c\u00f4njuge ou companheiro, ou por motivo de sua pr\u00f3pria sa\u00fade ou da do c\u00f4njuge, companheiro ou dependente, comprovado por junta m\u00e9dica oficia); por meio de permuta ou de edital de remo\u00e7\u00e3o interna. No caso da permuta os interessados devem apresentar requerimento padr\u00e3o e ata de reuni\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria de ambos os departamentos envolvidos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"4025\"><strong>T\u00e9cnico:<\/strong> Ao servidor t\u00e9cnico \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a remo\u00e7\u00e3o a pedido nos casos previstos em lei (quando necess\u00e1rio ao servidor acompanhar c\u00f4njuge ou companheiro, ou por motivo de sua pr\u00f3pria sa\u00fade ou da do c\u00f4njuge, companheiro ou dependente, comprovado por junta m\u00e9dica oficia); por meio de permuta e por solicita\u00e7\u00e3o simples. A remo\u00e7\u00e3o com mudan\u00e7a de sede ocorre por meio de edital de remo\u00e7\u00e3o interna ou permuta.
