PIM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O\u00a0<strong>Programa Institucional de Monitoria \u2013 PIM<\/strong>\u00a0, segundo Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 052\/2020 \u2013CONSEPE consiste no desenvolvimento de atividades acad\u00eamicas que tem por objetivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimular a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de discentes dos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o no seu processo formativo; articulando ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito dos componentes curriculares;<\/li>\n<li>Promover a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre discentes e docentes no \u00e2mbito das atividades formativas;<\/li>\n<li>Criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para inicia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 doc\u00eancia, atrav\u00e9s de atividades de natureza pedag\u00f3gica, cultural, cient\u00edfica e tecnol\u00f3gica, desenvolvendo habilidades e compet\u00eancias pr\u00f3prias desse campo da doc\u00eancia;<\/li>\n<li>Pesquisar e implementar novas abordagens te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gicas adequadas as componentes curriculares, objeto da monitoria;<\/li>\n<li>Socializar o conhecimento com a finalidade, entre outras, de minimizar problemas de baixo desempenho acad\u00eamico, repet\u00eancia, evas\u00e3o e falta de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o concebidas duas modalidades de monitoria, atendendo aos mesmos objetivos, condi\u00e7\u00f5es de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e exig\u00eancias do Programa: Monitoria remunerada: o(a) monitor(a) receber\u00e1, a t\u00edtulo de incentivo, uma bolsa pecuni\u00e1ria mensal, enquanto estiver vinculado ao programa;
